Halo Has No Plans For Battle Royale Mode
Posted by Decimal io on
Halo: Battle Royale is not happening. Halo developer 343 Industries has no plans to introduce a battle royale mode in Halo 5 or Halo Infinite, it seems. Halo franchise manager Frank O'Connor said on Twitter that the studio is not currently working on a battle royale mode at all. That said, O'Connor pointed out that Halo 5's Forge tools are absolutely robust enough to make a battle royale-style mode, though it wouldn't be possible for it to contain 100 players like in PUBG or Fortnite. The five-part quest led players across the event’s 1.8-mile walking course in Chicago’s Lincoln Park. The quest included tasks ranging from catching various types of Pokemon to finding the elusive Unown. Unown (which can take the form of 26 different letters or two punctuation marks) spawning in Lincoln Park during the event spelled out “CELEBI?,” which marks the introduction of the question mark variant in Pokemon Go. Niantic hinted that Celebi was coming last...
How The Witcher 3's Gwent Was Made
Posted by Decimal io on
We sat down with Gwent's co-creator, Rafal Jaki, to talk about how the CCG was made and its future. When The Witcher 3 first released in 2015, Gwent seemed like a simple diversion from the RPG's overwhelming amount of things to do and see.
